Article Details |
When trying to print the Tax return, one of the following errors may occur.

Article Solution |
If either one of the above errors are received please follow through the steps below:
STEP 1
Go to the SFUND\SYSRPTS folder. Ensure it contains the file 2008itr.pdf
If the file is there please proceed to STEP 2.
If the file is NOT there you will need to run the latest update again and ensure that the System Reports path is pointing to the correct location.
STEP 2
From the left hand panel on the main screen in Simple Fund select Administration, then About, then click on Folders.
Double Click on the System PDF Master Files location and browse to select SFUND\SYSRPTS folder. Then click on save.
You will then need to close and re-open Simple Fund for the change to take place.
