Article Solution |
Some users may click on the Help button at the top toolbar of the Simple Fund/CAS main screen, and nothing happens.
This is generally caused by the properties of the shortcut:
- On your desktop, right-click on the shortcut and select Properties.
- Under the Shortcut tab, check that both the Target and Start In directories are pointing to the same database folder.
For example:

If they are not the same, then you need to find out which is the correct database folder that is in use and change the properties accordingly.
Alternatively, create a new shortcut:
- go to ?:\sfund (or ?:\caswin for CAS)
- find sfund32.exe (or cas32.exe for CAS)
- right-click on this file and select Create Shortcut
If you click on Help and get errors "context cannot be displayed", " page cannot be found" or 'Access denied", click here to access Article 321. |
